My Way to a Healthy and fit me/lifestyle

Hi ya'll

I know I've not written in a whiiile. But I've been well. I'm still striving to live a healthy lifestyle. Nothing overboard nor unreasonable just the simple little things I'm learning to incorporate in my lifestyle to enable me to live a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life :)

I'm not one to give up anything or swear off certain foods. I'm just me. And thus will eat everything in moderation. Some days I throw all caution to wind and pig out or indulge a little more than I would on other days but nothing wrong with that. C'est la vie. For the most part I strive to eat/drink healthy portions of healthy meals/drinks.

As of past 2 weeks I've ran 24 Miles. I'm super excited at how am doing and my motivation. I've put up a side bar up on the right side of my blog to record miles I run each week complete with days.

I'm still not weighing myself on a weekly basis as I'd mentioned in one of my earlier posts. I feel that if I weighed myself every week it'd kill my motivation and put unnecessary pressure on myself. We all know sometimes despite how hard we work out or how good we're with our portion control we still gain a pound or not lose at all. Thus I choose to not put myself under that pressure. I choose to work out and eat/drink right and see changes e.g. clothes fitting looser or compliments from family/friends that I seem to be losing weight. Once in a while I'll randomly weight myself just for the heck of it.

In the meantime I'll keep pushing myself and running my knees to thobbing land and my toes to blister bliss as I've this past weeks and enjoy every last bit of it.
