Today I will quickly share a short list of why Jillian Michaels' workout videos fit my life;
- I gotta say what I like best about workout videos is the versatility.
- Spontaneity-I like that I don't have to set a certain time to workout. I can workout as late or as early as my little heart pleases. I have been known to workout at 1am or even 4am
- Accountability-I have a gym bag in the trunk of my car that has an extra pair of workout tennies and clothes. Therefore, wherever I am I have no excuse not to workout.
- Accessibility-Most of Jillian Michaels' workout videos can easily be found on YT. So even when out of town as long as I have wifi/internet access I'm all set.
- Length-Jillian Michaels' workout videos range from 25-45mins in length. Which means I can easily fit a workout before and/or after work.
- Convenience-Its no secret I don't like gym. Which makes workout videos for me perfect because I can do them without leaving the house
However, I still strive to go out for a run or hike every now and then as a bonus to my workouts.
